Filthy store. Rude/smart-mouthed manager on-duty who treats “certain customers” better than others. Some things shouldn’t be so obvious. I’ll never come back to this store, nor any other Michaels, based off of my experience with the manager girl. I will take my money elsewhere, where employees treat all customers equally.

AWFUL STORE!!!!!! AWFUL FRAMING DEPARTMENT!!!!!!! What should have been a simple custom framing project turned into a months-long nightmare. I dropped off a piece at the end of January and only just got it back after they managed to mess it up not once, but twice. The frame department is absolutely pitiful. For something they advertise as a specialty service, the lack of quality control and attention to detail is shocking. Every time I thought the issues had been resolved, another mistake surfaced, leading to even more delays and frustration. To make matters worse, the staff was consistently rude and acted as though I was inconveniencing them by expecting the job to be done correctly. There was little communication, no sense of urgency, and very little concern for the fact that they had possession of my item for months. After this experience, I will never trust Michaels with another framing project and would strongly encourage anyone considering their frame department to look elsewhere.

We placed a pick up order placed in the morning for my sister’s surprise birthday the next day. My brother goes to pick it up about 30 minutes before closing, and the clerk rudely tells him it’s not ready yet. He politely asks her when it’ll be ready because we ordered it in the morning and she goes “NOT YET!”. Mind you, they were not at all busy and there was no one even in line. He then gets the notification that it’s ready on the way back home, but at that point he cant go back because he was 10 minutes away and the store closed in about 5. Quite a sick thing to do to your customers if you ask me. As a family who supported Michael's since its early days, sad to say that we definitely won't be going back anymore.

Their fabric selection is tiny. They claim to shop for your fabrics here but it is one loosely packed row of mediocre fabric. They have 20 patterns. 20. That’s it. Do not waste your time coming here. They probably won’t have what you need in terms of fabric. I do hope they will grow over time and get a better and larger selection. AMA the thread selection is minimal and they only offer Coats brand.

I stopped by Michaels to get some supplies for a costume my son is working on. I could barely maneuver around the store! Every aisle had Uboats and shopping carts filled with merchandise. I believe this is a fire hazard and very dangerous! The fire department needs to be notified. The store seems to be very unorganized. Items are marked with incorrect pricing. I provided an extra star because the cashier was so nice and friendly.
